PROBLEM
A problem I have in my neighborhood is the lack of management for rain
water.
WOULD
To help this problem I would build some sort of drainage system in our
community.
WOULDNT
I wouldn't ignore the problem because each time it rains the water makes
a huge mess and runs throw the empty lot in front of my house.
